Cookies vs. Pixels

-Do pixels fall under cookie regulations? If not, why haven't specific guidelines regulating the use of data collection and analysis technologies/techniques beyond the scope of market data in order to prevent the corporate litigation machine from "inadvertently" loopholing out of landmark lawsuits citing technological disparity? (Very meta, hmm)

-Seeing as how the Internet is/isn’t international waters and the current global legislative mandates have yet to be streamlined to encompass International Laws concerning cookies, data collection, and other tracking technologies and devices where monetary gain is the result, how would we as a people seek purchase in this trillion-dollar industry.  And, with the inevitable rise of artificial intelligence overhaul on many an industry could this be the way to the universal basic income that would prevent the collapse of our current economy?

-Are there laws outlining to what extent a country or entity can utilize internet technologies and devices to collect and analyze data of another Countries citizens and infrastructure with the assistance of multinational corporations their applications, as well as their devices, as “data brokers”?

-If found illegal what legal countermeasures would or could be set in place to prevent such “spyware” known as any application that collects data beyond the scope of the features necessary for application functionality and would this or would this not be associated loosely with the term “collusion”?

-The feasability of civily overturning limited-liability or cumulative-liability contracts and other click-wrap that impact the consumer negatively...(clock's ticking tick-tock tick-tock)

-Me still beating a dead horse of consumer data protection by associating the data industry with global organized crime…5 years later…
