Financial privacy and the next generation of banking apps
Do privacy statements and terms and conditions stating that transactions and other banking information sold and shared supersede federal mandates and laws protecting financial and other forms of privacy?
-Chime, Cash App, and other "trendy" banking applications...
--This also in consideration of blockchain currencies...
Capacity to contract???
This next generation is being primed for a digital only currency monetary system. With this in consideration of minors and others who fall in the category of lacking the capacity to contract (mentally disabled and those under the influence of drugs including alcohol) what is the stance of data collected, sold, analyzed, and used for research illegally and conducted without "informed consent" (belmont report)?

-Where they buy, Who they buy it from, When they buy it...
-Tracking spending habits and collection financial behavioral data...

-Legality and ethicality of selling and spending analysis and the utilization of this data in research....

When it comes to regulations, legislation, and enforcement of laws encompassing the international digital banking industry outside of the umbrella of the national financial regulations, who and what organization is responsible for management and oversight?

Now, the removal of the physical representation of money to 1's and 0's in cyber space which can shifted at the speed of light by automated system under whoever's control possibly without man's best interest in mind. A stroke of pen and a trillion dollars can be released, wow. Ummm....
