"MKZ"

In order to come to a solution regarding the corrosion of our societal standard specifically within the minority group known as the African-American or black racial group in America, we must first understand where, when, and how the wound initially occured. This to the societal elite in our current post-capitalistic society may seem frivolous or a fruitless endeavor due to the ingrained negative aspects of the culture mainly imparted by behavioral reaction to a monetary system that was not chosen. I hypothesize that the current state of the culture is a result of what I call the "Trans-generational Effects of Slavery".

Background on Slavery

-Emphasis on the long-term physiological and psychological effects individualistically and communally across the spectrum.

-Cross-reference holocaust survivors and multi-generational studies specifically where an impact to the long-term quality of life can be traced to an event outside of the current generation (Yehuda, 2018).

-Advancements in industry resultant in the loss of entire job sectors which local municipalities relied on for economic progression thusly reinforcing criminal behaviors for survival.

Not to focus on the sins committed directly following the atrocities by our forefathers. These kneejerk reactions created more tumult and tension. This resultant opposite effect within the American society by decisions of leaders with the best intentions in mind can still be felt within varying pockets of our great nation. The societal shift from a segregated society to an integrated society and the multiphase plan enacted to ease this process did not factor the digital divide and the resultant effect of technologies not known at the time.

Criminality

-Recidivism and habitual offense to include but not limited to: theft, substance abuse, and prostitution seen as a symptom of the culture and survival rather than the individual deviance...

-When one considers the law hardlines and staunch legislation come to mind. This however is furthest from the truth...

Local city survey

-Establishment of a baseline for the granting of reparations (ABA, 2022).

-Community reformation and redevelopment in order to raise the quality of life as well as living standards from the micro to the macro in order to establish a feasible means of communal rehabilitation.
